Interior Design
Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of interior design services, all design fees are non-refundable.

Design Services

​

All design services—including but not limited to consultations, Christmas design concepts, space planning, styling plans, renderings, and digital deliverables—are considered custom services. Once a service has been booked or work has begun, no refunds or returns will be issued.

 

Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits and Design fees are non-refundable.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability.

  • Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.

 

Scope of Work

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed or partially completed, even if the client chooses not to move forward with the full project.

Digital Products & Deliverables

All digital files, design plans, presentations, and concept boards are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

 

Exceptions:

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that services cannot be rendered due to circumstances solely on our end. Any approved refund will be issued at our discretion.

 

SERVICE LOCATION:

We are based our of Hazlehurst, MS and service the surrounding areas of Jackson, Brookhaven, and Hattiesburg. Not in those areas, but still want a KBD tree? No problem, send us an email to get pricing for travel fees.
