Thank you for choosing Keela Boone Design. Our Perfect Porch Subscription is designed to keep your home beautifully styled year-round with curated seasonal décor. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Subscription Terms

This is a recurring subscription. Billing occurs on the 1st every three months, and subscription boxes ship on the 15th.

 

Subscriptions lock on the last day of each month.

If you enroll near the end of a quarter or after a seasonal holiday has passed, your first shipment will begin with the next seasonal quarter.

 

Seasonal Quarters

Spring / Easter: February – April
Summer: May – July
Fall / Halloween: August – October
Winter / Christmas: November – January

 

Subscriptions require a 12-month minimum commitment to maintain consistent seasonal styling. After your initial 12 months, you may cancel at any time.

 

Cancellations made before the 12-month minimum is met will incur a $50 early cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation & Subscription Management

Some products or services may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. The following outlines how these purchases are managed.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring seasonal deliveries based on your selected schedule. Your payment details are securely protected, and you’ll be charged for each delivery at the scheduled time unless you opt for a 1 time payment.

 

Subscriptions may automatically renew after the initial term. If you choose not to continue, you may cancel anytime after your 12-month commitment.

 

Subscription updates or cancellations can be managed using the links in your order confirmation emails.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items not yet in stock. A deposit or stored payment method may be collected at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when the item is fulfilled.

Partially paid pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellations are unavailable,

though refund requests may be submitted in accordance with our returns policy.
