Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that services cannot be rendered due to circumstances solely on our end. Any approved refund will be issued at our discretion.
SHIPPING INFO
Subscription boxes ship on the 15th. Subscriptions lock on the last day of each month. If you enroll near the end of a quarter or after a seasonal holiday has passed, your first shipment will begin with the next seasonal quarter.
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 1 1/2 weeks before shipping as the sashes, bows, and ornaments take time to create. We truly appreciate your patience!We have 3 pickup options if you would rather pickup your order. MCS in Hattiesburg, Allred's in Hazlehurst, and EB's in Madison.
